In the concept phase, your ideas are translated into a clear design concept with mood boards, colour schemes, and layouts visualising your goals & preferences, as well as a draft budget.
We will base this work on the initial Design Brief. We may check in with you once if anything is unclear. There is no effort required from your side other than to be there when we present the Design Concept
With a carefully crafted concept, we ensure that every decision aligns with your vision, giving you confidence and a strong visual guide for the journey ahead. The Design Concept includes: mood board, space planning, colour scheme, material suggestions and preliminary budget estimate, presented to you in a 30min call

This phase ensures every element is meticulously specified for a seamless project realisation. We finalise detailed plans, specifying furniture, lighting, fixtures, and finishes. To provide a realistic, finalised budget, we obtain competitive offers—suggesting two per trade—for all agreed work, setting the project up for success.
We will base this work on the Design Concept. We will check in with you for feedback (max 2 revisions) and present the final design to you.
Clear specifications and competitive offers provide the basis for a successful project realisation. The specification includes: detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations (if required); A curated list of furniture, fixture and decor options; Custom furniture or built-in designs if required; Lighting plans; Finalised budget
Pricing: Approximately 20% of the agreed total project budget, adjusted based on the materials and complexity of the project. This phase includes two rounds of revisions, with any additional adjustments charged at CHF 150/hour.

For any space or design project we provide custom services, such as expert sourcing of materials, styling services and real estate staging, remote design consulting, project management to execute the design, aftercare and additional services as needed.

This is where the magic happens. We coordinate the installation of furniture, lighting and decor. With final styling touches your space is transformed and all the planning becomes reality.
This is typically the final stage of a design project, where the furniture and decor is delivered to your finished space. We will need access and enough time for staging. Ideally this means you are away for that time so we can surprise you with the result!
This turnkey experience lets you step into a cohesive, functional environment—perfected to reflect your vision and ready for immediate enjoyment. We handle on-site coordination of furniture installation, art, accessories, and decor placement, as well as styling for shelves, tables, display areas, lighting, and finishing touches—complete with DIY styling tips.
